My Asana classes always have an element of the Yogic concepts behind Asana and Pranayama practice. I try to make the classes as applicable as possible to everyday life outside of the classes.
My constant endeavour is to help you have a better quality of life, feel happier, and work towards practical holistic well-being.
I conduct one-on-one personalised classes on a regular basis.
